VAT calculator
Add VAT to a net amount or extract it from a gross one – at the 18% rate. The result appears as you type.
Rates: income tax 20%, pension 2% + 2%, VAT 18%, corporate tax 15% · the same formulas as the ZUSTI modules.
In ZUSTI the VAT return fills itself from the invoices – nothing recomputed by hand
RS.GE invoices and waybills download automatically, VAT is posted and the tax position is visible every day.
How it is calculated
Add: VAT = net × 18%, gross = net + VAT: 1,000.00 × 18% = 180.00 → 1,180.00
Extract: net = gross ÷ 1.18, VAT = gross − net: 1,180.00 ÷ 1.18 = 1,000.00 → 180.00
Registration threshold: VAT registration becomes mandatory once taxable turnover exceeds 100,000 ₾ in any rolling 12 months – not a calendar year.
