What happens after the first year?
The 20% discount applies to your first year of annual billing. From the second year the subscription renews at the regular annual price – Starter 1,188 ₾, Standard 2,388 ₾, Pro 5,268 ₾, excluding VAT. The discount applies once, and does not apply to monthly billing.
How does AI document posting work?
Upload a PDF invoice or photograph a receipt from your phone. Zusti's AI reads the supplier, the amounts and the VAT, and prepares a balanced journal entry. You confirm it with one click.
Which banks does Zusti work with?
Bank of Georgia and TBC statements load automatically through the banks' official interfaces, overnight or on demand. Excel statement uploads are supported for both banks, and for Basis Bank too.
How are users counted?
One person takes one seat no matter how many of your companies they work in. Seats are pooled across all your companies: 2 on Starter, 8 on Standard, 15 on Pro. Need one more? Add +1 user without changing plan.
How much storage and how many AI documents do I get?
Storage and AI documents are both pooled across all your companies. Storage: 5 GB on Starter, 15 GB on Standard, 30 GB on Pro. AI documents per month: 150, 500 and 1000. Need more? Add storage or AI documents without changing plan – current prices are shown on your billing page.
Is my data protected and separated?
Yes. Each company's data is isolated at the database level, every change is written to an audit trail, and backups run daily. No document is sent to RS.GE without your explicit approval.
