The service is provided by Zusti Solutions LLC, identification code 416396509, Tbilisi, Georgia. "We" means Zusti Solutions LLC; "you" means the account holder.
2What ZUSTI does, and what it does not
ZUSTI is accounting software. It drafts journal entries, statements and declaration figures from the information you give it.
ZUSTI is not an accountant and not a tax adviser. Every figure it calculates or prepares is yours to check before you file. Responsibility for the accuracy of anything submitted to the Revenue Service rests with you.
3Your account
Accounts are created subject to our approval. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account. If you suspect someone else has access, change your password immediately – doing so automatically ends every other active session.
4Price and payment
Prices are stated excluding VAT. Zusti Solutions LLC is not VAT-registered as at the date of these terms; should it become registered, the agreed net price stays unchanged and statutory VAT is added on top of it.
Where annual billing is discounted by 20%, the discount applies to the first year only. Subsequent years renew at the regular annual price then in force. The discount applies once per subscriber and does not apply to monthly billing.
Payment is by bank transfer, monthly or annually in advance. If payment stops, creating and editing records is restricted – but reading is not. Your books are yours, and ceasing to pay does not close your access to them.
5Your data
The data in your books belongs to you. We need it only to provide the service. How it is processed is set out in the privacy policy. When you close your account you may request a complete copy of your data.
6Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not offer a guaranteed availability commitment (SLA). We give notice before planned work. ZUSTI depends on outside systems – RS.GE and the banks – and their outages are not within our control.
7Liability
Our liability is in every case limited to the amount you paid ZUSTI in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or tax penalties arising from incorrect or incomplete data being entered, or from figures not being checked before filing. These limits do not apply to intent or gross negligence.
8Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may end the service on 30 days' notice, or immediately in the case of a material breach of these terms. On termination you have at least 30 days to export your data.
9Changes
We will tell you in the app about any material change to these terms at least 14 days before it takes effect. If a change is unacceptable to you, you may close your account.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes are heard by the courts of Georgia.
11Language
These terms are available in Georgian and in English. Where the two differ, the Georgian text prevails.
